Adidas this week launched a new colorway of the popular Yeezy Boost 350 V2 sneaker.
The German sportswear giant revealed today on the Adidas Yeezy launch calendar that Kanye West’s beloved lifestyle runner will hit stores in a new “Slate” colorway ahead of the weekend.
The latest adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Slate” features a beige Primeknit upper with contrasting black stripes on the outside and iconic “SPLY-350” branding on the midfoot. Unlike previous Yeezy Boost 350 V2 styles, the “Slate” colorway doesn’t include a pull tab on the heel. Complete the look with tan laces, a full-length Boost midsole, and a rubber outsole. The sneakers will be available in family sizes, with bungee cord laces in kids and baby sizes.
The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 first launched in 2016, and more than 5 years later, new colorways for the model have been dropping. This month, the brand also re-released 2015’s original Yeezy Boost 350 “Turtle Dove” style for “Yeezy Day,” the brand’s annual shopping event on August 2.
The new Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Slate” colorway will be available Saturday via the Confirmed app Yeezy Supply and select Adidas retailers. The adult size retails for $230, while children and toddlers are priced at $160 and $140, respectively.
